That is cool that they delayed the start of the day. Does it explain WHY?? I went to the District web site and they don’t even explain there why they delayed the start of the day? http://www.pcoe.k12.ca.us/pages/Plumas_Unified I went all 13 years of my education in schools in Quincy and we never delayed starts for 3-4″ of Snow. It took 2-3′ of snow to delay or stop School. I talked to my folks and friends all weekend and we have been laughing about this all weekend. What is going on here?
