Quincy Little League gets underway with Opening Day festivities
The sun came out and the fans showed up for the annual Quincy Little League Opening Day. The teams were introduced and took the field for the National Anthem and the traditional first pitch. There was a variety of fun competitions, ball-game themed gift baskets, and shaved ice. This the official kickoff (sorry for the football reference) to the season. Play begins this week.
