Quincy Trojan wrestlers earn medals in latest tournament
The Quincy Trojan wrestlers continue to win, competing at the Northern Section Division III/IV Tournament on February 11, 2023 at Etna Union High School in Etna, California.
Their were eight wrestlers (six boys and two girls) make it to Divisions. Of the eight wrestlers, seven wrestlers brought home a medal and now qualify for the Northern Section Tournament.
Quincy wrestler Connor Pangburn took third place at 106 pounds. Trojan Daniel Nickerson took second place at 113 pounds. Quincy wrestler Aiden Lynd took third place at 120 pounds, and Quincy wrestler Aidan Powers took second place at 182 pounds, while Quincy wrestler Troy Ayotte took second place at 195 pounds.
Quincy wrestler Ella Bratcher took third place at 126 pounds and Quincy wrestler Genasea Klein took first place in Division III/IV, reigning as Champion at 170 pounds. Congratulations, wrestlers!
