See a circus and adopt a dog

A fundraising BBQ and dog adoption will be held at the Plumas Bank branch in Quincy on Saturday, April 27, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Quircus, a home-grown circus that engages people of all ages, walks of life and experience levels to learn, educate, and enjoy a creative outlet through circus arts, is collaborating with High Sierra Animal Rescue to sponsor the BBQ and provide a venue for people to find and adopt a pet.
The event will pair performers and local photographers to do photo shoots with HSAR’s adoptable dogs to help find their “FURever” homes.
This is a family-friendly event, with a BBQ, hot dogs, cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, face painting and circus entertainment and takes place at Plumas Bank in Quincy, 336 W. Main St. For more information, contact [email protected].
