Seneca offers free mass testing as COVID cases escalate
When Plumas County Public Health announced its most recent COVID-19 cases last evening, Sept. 9, the Lake Almanor Basin led the county with 28 cases. Public Health Director Dana Loomis said that the cases being reported in the county currently are the result of community spread and Seneca Healthcare District is addressing that concern with two free testing mass testing events scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 13 and 14.
