Two Greenville seniors represent Plumas County in All Star baseball game

The Bob Busch Classic All-stars baseball game was held in Chico on June 8 at Hooker Oak Park. Gridley High School baseball coach Dan Crabtree “did a good job coaching the South team to a 16-8 win over the North,” said photographer Marsha Ebersole.

Kolby Elzea and Tristin Clark, both seniors from Greenville High School, represented Plumas County on the South team. Elzea played for the Indians mostly as catcher and pitcher, but played first baseman for the South team. Clark pitched quite a bit for the GHS Indians and also played first base. On the South team he played in left field. “Kolby and Tristin were the only two seniors from Plumas County representing our schools,” said Ebersole.
