Veterans are invited to enjoy free dinners at the Calpine Elks Lodge
The Calpine Elks Lodge invites veterans and their spouse or caretaker to come and enjoy free meals at the lodge located at 72192 CA-70, Portola. All others who would like attend are asked to pay $10 per plate. Doors open at 4 p.m. and dinner is served at 5 p.m. Refreshments will be available with an open bar.
There will be fish and chips on Tuesday, February 28, corned beef and cabbage on Tuesday, March 7 and a hamburger and fries on Tuesday, March 28. All are asked to call 530-832-5785 to reserve a meal.
