Plumas County Planning Director Tracey Ferguson reminds the public that there is another community meeting tonight regarding the wildfire long-term recovery plans for Plumas County. Tonight’s meetings follow those held in Greenville, Taylorsville, Chester and the Sierra Valley earlier this month. Tonight you well learn:

  • Discover how community input has shaped the plan so far—see the results in action!
  • Confirm the countywide recovery vision and values.
  • Help prioritize potential recovery projects—what are your preferences?
  • Tell us where you want to see specific projects located.

The meeting is scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Quincy Veteran’s Hall, 274 Lawrence St., in Quincy.

Additionally, Ferguson is scheduled to provide a wildfire recovery informational briefing to the Portola City Council and residents on Wednesday, April 26, 6 p.m.
