The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Plumas County that is in effect from noon today, March 4, through 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5.
Snow is expected throughout the county with the heaviest accumulations between 4 p.m. today and 4 a.m. tomorrow, with snow expected down to 2,000 feet. Total snow accumulations are anticipated to be between 4 and 8 inches.
