About every 6 weeks, the Best of the Best in Plumas County will bring their most amazing efforts to the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds to be judged by a panel of 6 average people who like to eat. Soup on Feb. 7, Carrot Cake March 7, Bread April 4 and Meat Loaf May 9.
