Chester Safe Trick or Treat and Costume Contest
Friday, Oct. 29. Main Street Chester. Merchants open their doors from 3 – 5 pm. Costume Contest from 3 – 5 pm at “Old Town” provided by Dede Peterson at 139 Main Street, sponsored by Lake Almanor Area Chamber. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place: $100, $75, $50 respectively.
