Movies in the Mountains – Portola

In the interest of promoting family togetherness safely, Plumas Rural Services is offering FREE outdoor movie nights in Portola, Quincy, and Chester, again this year. Popcorn, snacks and beverages will be available at no charge. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided as well.
