Plumas Audubon Society Event

Field Trip: Carolyn and Rick Roberti – Birding at the Roberti Ranch in Sierra Valley
Meet at the parking lot at the Intersection of Hwy 70 and A 23 4 miles east of Portola. You will caravan from there to the ranch site. The actual tour at the ranch will begin at 10:00. The tour will provide birding opportunities and information about Carolyn and Rick’s efforts to promote conservation and agriculture.
Sign up in advance as participants are given the tour on a private bus which is limited to 25 passengers. A waiver will also be required. Contact Jill Slocum at [email protected] to reserve a seat and obtain information about the waiver. Bring sunscreen, a hat, water, and a lunch if you would like to stay for a picnic at the end of the tour!
