Veterans Stand Down

For Plumas County veterans and their families. Friday and Saturday, Aug. 11-12, at Springs of Hope Christian Fellowship, 59 Bell Lane, Quincy. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Offering no-charge dental and eye exams with free glasses, as well as free gear, boots, haircuts, lunch and more. On-site exhibitors include the Reno VA as well as the Plumas County Veterans Services office.
