NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plumas-Eureka Community Services District (“PECSD”), as Owner, invites and will receive digital proposals (bids) via PlanetBids: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=48213&BidID=84670, for the furnishing to PECSD of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the installation of three pre-purchased generator systems (the “Project”).
Bids will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 1, 2021. A virtual bid opening will be held via GoToMeeting:
The work includes offloading of generators from the truck at each site, removal and disposal of existing generators, manual transfer switches (MTS) or automatic transfer switches (ATS), installation of new generators and ATS, installation of new conduit and wiring to ATS and generator, and mechanical work to vent exhaust. The work also includes providing a mobile generator during construction as well as commissioning and load testing the generator at each site. Close coordination with the District will be critical.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on August 11, 2021, at PECSD Office, 200 Lundy Lane, Blairsden, CA 96103.
