Bids sought for groundwater monitoring wells

Bids will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 10th, 2020. Bids will be subsequently opened and read aloud publicly.
The work generally involves the drilling, construction, development, and completion of three new direct push monitoring wells, with an alternate bid of two additional direct push groundwater monitoring wells. Monitoring wells will be drilled to a range depth of 20 to 40 feet. Direct push monitoring wells shall conform to the industry standard DPT operating procedures. Drilling through completion of the monitoring wells shall conform to specifications and contract documents. The anticipated award date is December 16, 2020 and work is anticipated to commence shortly after award.
The project base bid costs are estimated at $7,500.
This is a publicly funded project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
