Any person objecting to the name changes described above must file a written objection that includes the reasons for the objection at least two court days before the matter is scheduled to be heard and must appear at the hearing to show cause why the petition should not be granted. PUBLIC NOTICE: Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway proposes to erect a 150-foot-tall communication tower with antenna within BNSF Right-of-Way at New Greenville: 40.138033, -120.955222 which will be licensed through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). As part of its responsibilities assigned by FCC for compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), BNSF invites the public to notify BNSF of any effects the placement of this tower may have on properties listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, or any concerns the public may have with regard to the potential impact the tower may have on natural and cultural resources subject to NEPA or NHPA review and consideration. Background information regarding the Positive Train Control (PTC) program may be accessed at FCC’s website (http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/positive-train-control-ptc).
