Green Meadows Apartment Complex – Reconstruction of Fire Damaged Building.
The Plumas County Community Development Commission (PCCDC) invites qualified Contractors to bid the above said work (all labor, equipment and materials) for federally funded housing complex Green Meadows, located at 152 Green Meadows Lane, Greenville, CA 95947.
This is a Public Works project subject to State Prevailing Wages. The Contractor must have a Contractor’s State Class B – General Building – license and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations, PRIOR TO BIDDING, pursuant to the requirements of SB854, Public Works Reforms. All Subcontractors that are to be used on this project must also be registered PRIOR TO BIDDING.
This is a notice only. A Bid Package must be obtained to bid this work.
Bids must be sealed and submitted to PCCDC 183 W. Main Street/PO Quincy, CA 95971 no later than 3:00 pm on September 27, 2017.

The Lassen County Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 7, 2017, and is recommending that the Board of Supervisors approve the following rezone, and the Land Conservation Committee held a meeting on May 22, 2017, and is recommending that the Board of Supervisors approve the following Land Conservation (Williamson Act) contract:
Applicant: Freitas Family Trust

Project: Rezone lands within Lassen County into an Agricultural Preserve Combining District (A-P) and allow these lands to be entered into a new Land Conservation (Williamson Act) contract. The project is exempt from CEQA under Section 15317 (class 17) of the Guidelines.

General Plan Designation: All parcels are designated Extensive Agriculture by the Lassen County General Plan, 2000.

The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to receive the recommendations of the Planning Commission and Land Conservation Committee, consider adoption of the proposed ordinance and make a determination on the land conservation contract at 10:10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, in the Board Chambers, 707 Nevada Street, Susanville.
