NOTICE OF HEARING ON GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORT OF THE INDIAN VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT RELATIVE TO DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 14, 2021, the Board Chair, acting on behalf of the General Manager of the Indian Valley Community Services District, caused to be filed a written report (Report) containing a description of each parcel of real property for which water and/or sewer charges were delinquent as of July 9, 2021, for the purpose of collecting the same off the tax rolls (Exhibit A).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on July 29, 2021, and August 5, 2021, at the hour of 7:00 pm at the Greenville Town Hall, located at 120 Bidwell Street, Greenville, California, public hearings will be held before the District’s Board of Directors, at which time the Board will hear and consider all objections, written or oral, if any, to said Report.

Reference is made to copies of said Report which is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Indian Valley Community Services District, at the District Office located at 127 Crescent Street (Highway 89), Suite 1, Greenville, CA.
