Notice of Public Hearing
The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.
10 a.m. Special Use Permit and Campground permit for a 56-space campground
Riverfront RV Park, LLC, property owner
7891 Highway 147, Hamilton Branch
This project is a special use permit and campground permit for a 56-space RV park (campground) to be located at 7891 Highway 147, Hamilton Branch, unincorporated Plumas County, CA; Assessor Parcel Number 103-060-008-000; T28N/R8E/Section 21, MDM.
This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Codes reflected in Special Use Permit conditions, as well as permitting requirements, serve to address any possible impacts.
