The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA.

10 a.m.  Special Use Permit for expansion of lawful-nonconforming use of dwelling in Commercial zone located at 2353 East Main Street, Quincy

This project is a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a 12 ft. by 18 ft. addition to the existing single-family residence located at 2353 East Main Street, Quincy, unincorporated Plumas County, CA; APN 116-150-004-000; T24N/R10E/Section 20, MDM. A special use permit is required for the expansion of a lawful nonconforming use under Plumas County Code Section 9-2.503(c)(2).

This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15301] as the single-family residence is an existing structure and the addition will not expand the use.
