Notice of Public Hearing: Special use permit for hospital’s day care facility
The Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 10 a.m. in the Conference room of the Plumas County Permit Center, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA. to consider a Special Use Permit for Child Day Care facility at Plumas District Hospital.
This project is a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a child day care facility of up to 38 children to be located at 1018 Valley View Drive, Quincy, unincorporated Plumas County, CA; Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 115-192-001-000 and 115-192-002-000; T24N/R9E/Section 15, MDM. This would involve the conversion of a single-family residence.
This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061(b)(3)] as Plumas County Codes reflected in Special Use Permit conditions, as well as permitting requirements of state and local agencies, serve to address any possible impacts.
