This project is a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a child day care facility of up to 38 children to be located at 1018 Valley View Drive, Quincy, unincorporated Plumas County, CA; Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 115-192-001-000 and 115-192-002-000; T24N/R9E/Section 15, MDM.
