Petitioner Deanna Yvonne Nelson filed a petition with this court for a decree changing names as follows:

Present name: THOMAS TRISTAN WILSON to Proposed name: THOMAS TRISTAN NELSON.

THE COURT ORDERS that all persons interested in this matter appear before this court at the hearing indicated below to show cause, if any, why the petition for change of name should not be granted. Any person objecting to the name changes described above must file a written objection that includes the reasons for the objection at least two court days before the matter is scheduled to be heard and must appear at the hearing to show cause why the petition should not be granted. If no written objection is timely filed, the court may grant the petition without a hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Community Development Block Grant Closeout

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Portola will conduct a public hearing by the City Council on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Portola City Hall, City Council Chambers, 35 Third Avenue, Portola, CA 96122 to discuss the closeout of Community Development Block Grant, 14-CDBG-9885, for Fire Equipment purchase.

Grant monies were used to purchase an Emergency Services Rescue Vehicle.

Persons interested in the program should appear before the City Council at the above public hearing on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in order to make their comments known. If you are not able to attend the public hearing, you should direct your written comments to the City of Portola at P.O. Box 1225, Portola, CA  96122 or in person at City Hall. Comments must be received at the above address by 5:00 p.m. on February 28, 2018. In addition, information may be obtained at the above address between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or you may call Melissa Klundby, City Clerk at (530) 832-6801 for more information or email [email protected]
