The Plumas County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following matter on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the Plumas County Permit Center Conference Room, 555 Main Street, Quincy, CA

10:00 a.m.

Application for a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change from Suburban Residential (S-1 zoning) and Secondary Suburban Residential (S-3 zoning) to Commercial and Convenience Commercial (C-3) zoning.  The applicant is Marcia White, for Mohawk Valley Ranch, Inc.

Mitigated Negative Declaration Number 671 has been prepared for this project and was circulated for public review from April 7, 2017 through May 8, 2017.

The project is located at 150 Whitehawk Drive, Clio, CA; Assessor’s Parcel Number 133-130-115-000; Township 21 and 22 North, Range 13 East, Sections 5, 32, MDM, and is located in the Whitehawk Ranch Master Planned Community.

The Planning Commission is charged with rendering a decision on the above matter in the form of a written recommendation to the Board of Supervisors as per Plumas County Code Sections 2-2.107,

2-2.108, 9-2.905, and 9-2.906.  A final hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors.

All interested persons are welcome to attend the above hearing and will be given an opportunity to address the Planning Commission.
