Olivia Bel Lopez Benuto was born to Esperanza Benuto and Francisco Javier Lopez, both of Portola on Dec. 31, 2019, at 3:54 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Olivia weighed 7 pounds, 15.5 ounces and was 21 inches in length.

Maternal grandmother is Esperanza Benukto.

Paternal grandfather is Francisco Javier Lopez.

Olivia is also welcomed by siblings Anabella, 12 and Natalia, 6.

Roman Joseph Carpenter

Roman Joseph Carpenter was born to Weseka Carpenter of Greenville on Jan. 2, 2020, at 1:36 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Roman weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Wanda Carpenter and Dale Ecker, both  of Greenville.

Roman is also welcomed by sibling Daniel Garcia, 1.
