Hayden Lee Bowen was born to Lisa Norman and John Bowen, of Taylorsville on Sept. 13, 2019, at 7:43 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Hayden weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length.
Maternal grandparents are James and Tammy Norman of Greenville.
Paternal grandparents are Dean and Norine Brand, of Taylorsville.
Hayden is also welcomed by brother, Hunter Bowen, 2.
