Presley Jade Gray-Powers was born to Cambria and Jason Gray-Powers, of Greenville, on June 1, 2017, at 12:20 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Presley weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18.5 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Karen Loebs, of Greenville and Gregory Loebs, of Fairfield.

Paternal grandparents are Stephanie Gray, of Benicia and Ken Veach, also of Benicia.

Great-grandparents are Marilynn Bowbeer, of Laguna Woods and Edward and Nancy Loebs, of Suisun.

Presley is also welcomed by sisters Rubi-Skye, 11, Olivia, 8 and Madilynne, 5.

Charlotte Anne Neer

Charlotte Anne Neer was born to Victoria and Clinton Neer on May 25, 2017, at 8:39 p.m. at Carson Tahoe Hospital in Carson City, Nevada. Charlotte weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Carol and Chris Hill, of Carson City, Nevada.

Paternal grandparents are Charlie and Mary Lynn Neer, of Greenville.

Charlotte is also welcomed by brother, Caden, 5.

Taylor Ann Trout

Taylor Ann Trout was born to Laticia Ann and James Alan Trout of Taylorsville on May 28, 2017, at 4:49 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Taylor Ann weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces and was 17 inches in length.
