California wildfire-impacted forestland closed to public access due to restoration work

For the safety of both the general public and fire recovery/restoration crews, Sierra Pacific Industries’  forestlands impacted by the Carr, Hirz, Delta and Camp wildfire areas (including access roads) will be closed for the 2019 hunting season. Conditions will be monitored for continued access during the remainder of this fire season.

SPI takes pride in allowing non-motorized public access for responsible hunting and other recreational activities. While these sensitive areas are closed for the 2019 hunting season for restoration purposes, the majority of SPI California forestlands will remain open as outlined in our Public Access Policy: spi-ind.com/OurForests/recreationAccess .

As a reminder, many areas are limited to non-motorized use for resource protection and public safety.
