Emergency responders were on the scene of a single vehicle incident early Wednesday, Feb. 15. A silver vehicle, possibly a sedan, driven by a single occupant went off Highway 70 near the Spring Garden overpass outside of Quincy. The vehicle went over a deep snow berm and then continued down a steep slope where it came to rest on the driver’s side at the bottom of the hill. Emergency workers used the Jaws of Life to cut away the passenger side door and the roof to free the victim.
