Celebrate Solstice with Soroptimist
Strawberry pound cake with chocolate sauce paired with the perfect wine, plus many other appetizers, is just one of the delicious options on the menus at three different garden homes Friday, June 17, when Soroptimist International of Quincy members host their Summer Solstice Garden Stroll fundraiser. From 4:30 to 8:00 p.m., guests will visit three local homes and gardens for wine and beer tasting, live music, gourmet appetizers and desserts galore. Tickets are on sale for $50 per person at Quincy Provisions/Carey Candy, Plumas Arts, and Plumas Bank-Quincy. Only 200 tickets will be available.
