Chamber offers useful info packets for visitors
The Chamber continues to serve as a valuable resource for what’s happening in Plumas County and beyond. All of us at the Chamber are here to help you improve your business presence in our area and to share with our community all the exciting activities and services available. Our summer hours are: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are excited to welcome back our staff, Jan Tew and Linda English, who will be providing more customer service and updating the Chamber Office, as well as, the Visitor Center. Come in, say hi and explore the center. We have added a wedding planning section with all you need to know to have a wonderful event. We have all new dining, hiking, fishing and golfing directories and brochures. And if you have an AirBnB, VRBO, RV park or just company coming, drop in. We have free packets with everything to make your visitors have a great time.
If you weren’t there, you missed a great time at our latest event: the 2nd Annual Grizzly Scramble at Grizzly Ranch Golf Club. In addition to the golf tournament, there was a great raffle and silent auction. There were over $2,000 in prizes. Special thanks for the support from our golfers, sponsors and donors. In addition to businesses, we welcome individuals and families to become a part of the Chamber. Become a Community Supporter for just $55 per year. You will be included in the many events the Chamber has each year, in addition you will be supporting the Chamber and Visitor Center’s efforts to make our community a wonderful place to work, play and live.
