Chester PieceMakers warm the heart

The Chester PieceMakers Quilt Guild makes heart warmers. What are they? The members of the guild make quilts to give away to people in need of comfort.

The guild has given some away to Greenville survivors of the Dixie Fire, as well boys and girls of the Chester and Westwood state preschools each Christmas, along with a book and a stuffed animal.

All are welcome to the meetings during every month, except December, on the second Monday, at 1 pm at the Almanor Recreation District building in Chester. The next meeting is Monday, Nov. 8.
