Three-year-old Azaela Horton, and her mom, Aimee, pose with some tiny horses. “It’s been a dream come true for her today,” Aimee said of her daughter. In addition to spending time in the petting zoo, Azaela rode the three larger horses in the arena.
The bubble pools sponsored by Plumas Rural Services proved to be a popular draw for kids of all ages during the annual Children’s Festival.
