Community Christmas Sing at the courthouse Dec. 11

Soroptimist International of Quincy announced that it will be sponsoring its annual Community Christmas Sing at the Plumas County courthouse, in Quincy on Sunday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.

There will be a myriad of talented singers, musicians, and choirs to join in the festivities for the afternoon. Included are Shelly and Dave Johns, the Methodist Chancel Choir, Quincy High School music students, the Ukulele Ladies, Jeff Kepple, James and Carolyn Shipp, Jodi Beynon and Johnny Walker. Kendrah Fredricksen will be the emcee.

“We are pleased to present this annual event once again,” organizers announced. “This will be Soroptimists’ 51st year bringing holiday cheer to Plumas County.”
