County Administrator Hydrick to address League of Women Voters
Ever wonder what a county administrator does? Find out Wednesday, March 25, when Plumas County Administrator Gabriel Hydrick is scheduled to address the League of Women Voters of Plumas County.
A former Lincoln mayor and city councilman, Hydrick is a year into his new post. He will discuss his responsibilities directing and coordinating the administrative activities of the county from the board of supervisors to animal control.
As the focus of a question-and-answer forum moderated by League members, Hydrick will explain how a self-described “agile administrator” keeps pace with programs that run the gamut from agriculture to veterans’ services.
The public meeting to be held in the Quincy branch of the Plumas County Library will start at 6:30 p.m. For further information, contact Jane Braxton Little at @jbraxtonlittle or 284-6516.
The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan organization of women and men focused on enhancing civic participation in a democratic society.
