Diamond Mountain Road residents can return home
The Plumas County Sheriff announced this afternoon, Aug. 21, that Diamond Mountain Road residents can return home. Only residents will be allowed in there area.
This area has been deemed safe from active fire and hazard trees, though residents should stay alert to changing conditions.
Residents can only go up Diamond Mountain Road to Lights Creek Lane; there is a road closure just past Lights Creek Lane. Diamond Mountain Road is in Indian Valley.
