Donald Eugene Miller, age 83, a resident of Chester, died September 5, 2021, in a Reno, NV, hospital following a sudden illness. He had resided in Plumas County for 61 years and had worked as an Auto Technician for 40 years. He is survived by his children, Greg Miller and Melanie. Burial will be at a later date at the Chester Cemetery, next to his late wife. Arrangements are by Blair Mortuary, Chester.
