Dylan Miller honored as Soropti-Student

Dylan Miller was honored by Soroptimist International of Quincy as the April Soropti-Student. He was chosen by the Quincy High School faculty for his excellence in academics, leadership, community service and school activities. His outstanding academic achievement puts him at the top of his class. He is the current  ASB vice-president and has also held class offices. Dylan has been an Outdoor Leadership head counselor for local six grade students.

Active as vice-president of the Service Club, he has been involved in many community service activities. He also volunteers at the Quincy Elks Lodge and the Recreation Department’s annual Youth Soccer Camp. Dylan is especially proud of his role as captain of the soccer team when the team won the Northern Section Championships. He has also been a member of the track and field and varsity football teams.

Still waiting to make a decision on his choice of colleges, Dylan plans to study chemistry and chemical engineering with an master of arts and potential PhD degrees.
