Elks clean up causeway
A number of Lake Almanor Elks members volunteered their time and energy to participate in the Highway Clean Up project Oct. 26. “We try to get four clean-ups during the summer and fall months, weather permitting,” noted Elk Dave Ash. “Our section included the first 2 miles heading east across the causeway from the Chester city limits.” Photo submitted
