Emergency council meeting

The Portola City Council meeting has been cancelled for tonight and instead is holding a quick emergency meeting at 2 pm to have the mayor officially declare a state of emergency in order to get assistance from FEMA. Power is out for Portola to Tahoe City, due to such severe weather.
