Enjoy the Americana Festival at the fairgrounds today

Looking for something to do? The Americana Festival is underway at the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds. There is a special Sunday festival ticket available for $20 available for sale at the ticket booth at the entrance to the fairgrounds.

Today begins with a church gathering in Old Town featuring gospel music performed by the Plumas Homegrown house band, the Wildcat Mountain Ramblers. The festival wraps up tonight with the St. Gabriel’s Celestial Brass Band performing Dixieland, jazz and New Orleans funeral music. The Heifer Belles, Sweet Sally, Stone & Straw Band and Lilah Washburn & the Quincy Pickers will also be performing today.
