Evacuation zone expanded to include Belden, Caribou and Rich Bar
The Plumas County Sheriff has issued a Mandatory Evacuation Order for the Highway 70 corridor from the Plumas/Butte County line east to Rich Bar. This includes both sides of Highway 70 in the areas of Rock Creek, Storrie, Tobin, Belden, Caribou and Rich Bar due to the #DixieFire.
