Fire on Feather River College campus
A water tank on the Feather River College campus is spewing black smoke into the sky Tuesday morning, June 7.
The tank caught fire as maintenance crews were installing a loop for the geothermal system.
The California Highway Patrol is on the scene to control traffic in the area.
