High school art contest underway

It’s time for the 40th annual Congressional High School Art Competition, with this year’s theme:  Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. America’s Open Roads and Open Skies.

“The Congressional Art Competition is a tremendous opportunity for talented high school students to compete to showcase their abilities to the entire country,” said Congressman Doug LaMalfa. “This year’s theme allows our young artists to highlight the unparalleled beauty of the North State and our country.
