Highways reopen in Plumas
According to the latest information from Caltrans, the following roadways have reopened following earlier closures:
Highway 32 is open from Lomo to Highway 36
Highway 49 from the Sierra County line to Highway 70
Highway 89 from from the Sierra County line to Highway 70
Highway 70 is open from Quincy to Highway 395
Highway 395 is open in both directions
