Homecoming royalty shines on the field at Portola Junior/Senior High School
The crowning went off without a hitch, despite the heavy rainstorm that had cancelled the mornings’ tradition of the homecoming parade through Portola, with the stands full of families cheering and the field glistening under the bright Friday night lights.
In between games against Fall River, those crowned as homecoming royalty were Princess Lilianna Dikes, Queen Mary Sheridan, and Princess Clara Klemesrud.
The lovely ladies took to the field in high style, with glittering, whimsical gowns catching the eyes of all as they struck a pose on the arms of their escorts, Robert Martell, Max Wilson, and Emery Powell.
