It is Girl Scout Cookie time!
Girl Scouts are selling cookies from now until mid-March. All cookies are $5 per box except for the gluten-free Carmel Chocolate Chip which is $6. This year, new to the cookie lineup, is a brownie inspired cookie called Adventureful.
Cookie sales teach the girls important life skills, develops confidence, and finances troop activities, trips and community service projects.
Quincy’s troop has cookies available for sale at Plumas Bank located in Quincy. In addition, the Scouts are having drive-thru cookie booths on Saturday, Feb. 26 and March 5, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Feb. 27, and March 6, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Quincy High School in front of the cafeteria.
