Join the Betty White Challenge for animals in need at High Sierra Animal Rescue

The Betty White Challenge is encouraging people around the world to make a $5 donation to their local animal rescue or shelter in honor of her 100th birthday on Monday, January 17. Please consider making a donation to local nonprofit High Sierra Animal Rescue! “We are so grateful for all that Betty did for animals in need. Happy 100th Betty! We will miss you dearly,” said High Sierra Animal Rescue (HSAR) Marketing and Fundraising Manager Abigail Birnbryer. If you own a business and you would like to put out a donation jar this weekend for HSAR please message us or email [email protected]

“We are able to drop jars off at your place of business or you are welcome to create your own,” said Birnbryer. HSAR gives a special thanks to Gumba’s Family Pizza, Quincy Pharmacy, Portola Village Pharmacy and Graeagle Store for already choosing to help them raise funds for this special occasion.

For more information or to make a donation online, visit highsierraanimalrescue.org, or donations can be dropped off at 103 Meadowridge Lane in Portola as well as mailed in to HSAR at PO Box 548 Portola, CA 96122.
