Lake Davis needs your help – Volunteers sought July 30
A recent article about the invasive Woolly Mueillin, caught the attention of the Plumas National Forest. A US Forest Service Botanist is coming to the area July 30 to talk to residents about plant life at Lake Davis and how they can be better stewards of this beautiful recreational area.
After an informative meeting, feel free to stay and do some plant and refuse clean-up. Bring gloves, spade shovel, pruning shears if you have them, and a willingness to make a positive difference. The event begins at 9 a.m. on July 30 at Camp 5 Recreational area at Lake Davis.
