Letter to the Editor: Check out the contents of the new white boxes

Have you noticed the new vending machine in the Quincy Library? White boxes, about 4 x 6, labeled PCPHA, Plumas County Public Health Agency. The library issues cards to receive the box; they are for preventable health related items and are free. What a great program for our rural area! Thank you James Wilson and Public Health.
